Autism Together is seeking a Support Worker in Bromborough, Wirral, Merseyside. This is a permanent, full-time role located at one of our residential properties across Wirral and West Cheshire.

Salary: £12.70 - £12.75 per hour (plus overtime where applicable)
Hours: 34 hours 20 minutes per week plus sleep-ins where required

Hours of work: shift patterns typically between 7:45 am – 9:45 pm and 8:00 am – 10:00 pm (to discuss at interview).
What you will be doing
You will be working with a warm, friendly team to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will assist individuals in their home environment and when accessing the local community, supporting daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

* Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care and safety for residents.
