What We Ask of You:
14. Passion for Cooking : A genuine love for creating the highest quality food.
15. Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, high-volume gastropub or restaurant, preferably at a Rosette level or above.
16. Organised and Communicative : Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
17. Team Building : Experience in building and managing a cohesive, efficient kitchen team.
