About the Role
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is currently seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our client’s production team in London, UK. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production requirements
2. Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely at all times
3. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
4. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
5. Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
6. Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
8. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
9. Strong attention to detail and quality control
10. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
12. Good communication and teamwork skills
13. Flexibility to work shifts (if required)
14. Knowledge of health and safety standards
