This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join the team and support our GM at Faber, our award winning, 2 AA rosette restaurant. We’re looking for someone with the passion, drive, and creativity to run an outstanding venue with real autonomy - supported by a dynamic and experienced leadership team.

Your key responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and manage a front of house and kitchen team of 20+ people
* Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders
* Drive weekly sales targets upwards of £30k
* Oversee stock control, procurement & cost management
* Maintain exceptional guest service with a strong focus on sustainability and seasonality
* Handle guest feedback with professionalism and action improvements
* Ensure the venue remains safe, clean, and welcoming at all times
