Number 1 role leading IT transformation for rapidly growing, market leading disruptor - Up to £100k plus significant bonus and LTIP
Our client is rapidly growing, highly entrepreneurial and have revolutionised their sector. They are looking for a visionary leader to transform their IT infrastructure, creating a world class customer experience externally as well as being a highly respected partner and enabler for internal stakeholders. This is the number one role leading the function, reports to the Chief Technology Officer and needs to combine high level strategic thinking with hands on operational execution.
In terms of package, the salary is up to £100k, plus a 45% bonus and LTIP. There is a hybrid working policy, with 3 days a week in their London offices, in order to build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation and to provide hands-on inspiring leadership to develop the IT team. In terms of experience our client is very open to candidates from a range of sectors. The non-negotiable is that you must have held a senior IT leadership role within a significant multisite organisation with a physical footprint, for example retail stores, restaurants, hotels, visitor attractions, or health clubs.
