Key Responsibilities
* Delve into the heart of adult services, navigating complex scenarios with compassion and skill.
* Undertake assessments and craft care and treatment plans, aligning practice with the provisions set forth in the Mental Health (Wales) Measure (2010).
* Champion recovery and independence for individuals living with serious mental illness, supporting them toward wellness.
Qualifications
* Registered Social Worker.
* Eager to pursue or already hold the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification.
