As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding technical support to our Stevenage based client, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will provide effective onsite technical support to a dedicated Littlefish contract customer. You will handle desktop, laptop, printer, and application issues, as well as basic network and server troubleshooting. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer-specific SLAs will be key to your success. You will: Provide Technical Support: Deliver 1st and 2nd line onsite and remote technical support services to Littlefish contract customers, resolving issues competently and professionally. Manage Queries: Prioritise, progress, and resolve technical queries and service requests in accordance with standard and customer-specific service level agreements. Complete Projects: Take responsibility for completing specific technical projects, including deployments, installs, moves, adds, and changes. Stay Proactive: Make effective use of all personal and team time during periods of inactivity, maintaining personal qualifications and skill sets through continuous training. Who you are: Location You live in a commutable distance to work onsite at the customers Stevenage site Tech-Savvy: You have previous experience in an IT support role and can demonstrate IT-related problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable: You have working knowledge of IT infrastructure support, including desktop/laptop/printer hardware, Office 365, Exchange, Windows 10, Active Directory, Apple OSX, iOS, Intune management and meeting room equipment. Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills, and can explain complex technical issues in layman's terms. You will be confident with VIP / Executive & C-Level support. Professional: You always behave in a professional manner, exhibit commercial awareness, and can manage customer expectations effectively. Team Player: You work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing environments. What can we offer you?
