Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Gloucester
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a leading residential conveyancing team at a firm renowned for its award-winning service and commitment to excellence.
The Role:
You will work closely with experienced fee earners and manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
Responsibilities include:

* Handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision
* Updating clients and introducers on progress
* Raising and responding to enquiries, interrogating responses and preparing detailed client reports
* Managing pre-exchange and completion matters
\n
About You:
\n
* Previous experience in a law firm environment with exposure to residential conveyancing or wider property work
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
