Apprentice Negotiator

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Lettings Estate Agent to join our Allen & Harris branch in Pontcanna. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a long-term career in property lettings, with structured training, hands-on experience, and a clear progression pathway into becoming a Lettings Negotiator.
Your Role
Working alongside the Lettings team, you will gain experience across all areas of residential lettings, including:
1. Supporting tenancy progression, move-ins, and general lettings administration
2. Handling landlord and tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in branch
3. Registering applicants and matching them to rental properties
4. Arranging and conducting accompanied property viewings
5. Assisting with lettings negotiations and progressing lets to completion
6. Supporting branch activity and generating new business opportunities
You will earn commission while developing your skills through a structured apprenticeship programme.
What We’re Looking For
7. Motivation to build a career in lettings or estate agency
8. Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
9. Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-focused
10. Confident communicator (written and verbal)
11. IT literate (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
12. Proactive, eager to learn, and target-driven
13. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

16. In-branch training with experienced lettings professionals
17. Virtual learning and workshops
18. Functional Skills support (if required)
