Job Description Keystone Property Finance is an established Buy-to-Let Lender with a strong brand identity and over 25 years’ experience in the UK mortgage market. Keystone Property Finance are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional organisation and analytical skills to join our Risk & Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and have a can-do attitude who is committed to meeting deadlines whilst maintaining the quality of decisions. The individual will liaise with our internal underwriting, administrative and compliance teams, ensuring that we meet Lending Criteria when processing Mortgage applications. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Undertake a review of risk and fraud alerts being objective, fair, thorough and unbiased within our processes and procedures, reviewing and researching evidence via systems and documentation and raise any risks identified Manages day-to-day investigations into PEP and sanction alerts, keeping to SLAs Updating internal systems within appropriate area Provide early risk management advice to your line manager on new or unusual activities seen. Proactively look to identify emerging risks and raise these so that appropriate risk management options can be considered Ensure that allocated CPD mandatory training is completed within timescales set Respond to any remedial action required as a result of a Compliance check Demonstrate analytical skills along with a passion for research and investigative evidence analysis Attend virtual round table industry discussions around fraud and emerging trends Make outbound and take inbound calls to and from other lenders to discuss potential fraud markers Update Standard Operating Procedures BENEFITS Industry leading AXA backed Private Health Care with no excess.
