We are seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service within a premium hospitality environment. This role offers the chance to be part of a high-profile launch, contributing to a 5-star food and coffee experience from day one. You will support the day-to-day operation of the Catering Department, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers using the Restaurant, Coffee Bar Caf, and Hospitality services, while upholding all Food Safety and Health & Safety standards and delivering an iconic coffee experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Deliver an iconic coffee experience, preparing high-quality barista beverages to premium standards. Accurately process all transactions using the till system (cash and cashless). Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and professionally displayed. Keep all service areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards. Support hospitality functions and special events as required. Maintain a clean and professional uniform in line with policy. About You Previous experience in a similar hospitality, catering, or corporate environment. Good understanding and experience of a barista-style service, delivering exceptional service and coffee standards. Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety practices. Passionate about customer service with excellent attention to detail. Professional, reliable, and able to work flexibly across all shift patterns. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
