We are seeking a candidate with strong administration experience to join our client based in Sittingbourne.
The position is a maternity cover role, lasting approximately 6 months, working in a temporary capacity. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The role involves working alongside the purchasing team, including tracking shipments and scheduled deliveries, raising purchase orders (POs), and forwarding supplier paperwork to agents. Additional responsibilities include managing air freight quotes, bookings, clearance, and deliveries.
Our client is willing to provide full training and is seeking someone available for an immediate start.
