We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, work in our in-store bakery, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Support your team to make everyone's day better – helping solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant – keep shelves stocked, and monitor prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services – making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community – participate in activities and events.
