Together, we create delicious pies and pastries to the highest standard, ensuring every customer enjoys the same outstanding experience every time The Role · Take ownership of your section, ensuring every ingredient meets our exacting standards of freshness and quality. · Prepare each dish with care, maintaining precise portion control and consistency. · Work closely with the Sous Chef, contributing to daily planning, problem-solving, and service excellence. · Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness — because we believe a clean kitchen is a professional one. · Collaborate across sections to deliver a smooth, efficient service in a busy, high-volume kitchen built on trust and respect.. Good to Have Previous experience as a chef. NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent in catering). Ability to efficiently manage your section of the kitchen.
