We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst with technical competencies to join our Data product family. The role involves delivering a robust analysis service that meets the demands of our business and clients, working with diverse technology solutions and cross-functional development teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams, playing a key role in shaping current and future technology and product delivery.
This role sits within an Agile development squad but also requires working at a project level based on business demand. It involves understanding departmental needs, identifying system requirements, and ensuring effective integration of third-party technology solutions.
Working with Product and Software Engineering Teams, the candidate will analyze, document, and manage requirements, define problems, and obtain stakeholder buy-in to identify viable business solutions across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Research feasibility of requests, elicit and gather requirements, and produce system documentation including diagrams using relevant modeling tools.
* Collaborate with the squad to break down features into user stories and shape feasible solutions for delivery.
* Ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies across projects.
* Ensure user stories meet the squad’s Definition of Ready/Done.
* Assist Product Owners with defining the Product Roadmap, MVPs, and features.
* Support Product Owners with data for prioritization.
* Analyze and resolve internal and external customer support issues within the squad, collaborating to deliver resolutions.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Requirements Capture, Impact Assessments, Backlog Refinements, and Retrospectives.
* Maintain effective communication with clients, Product Owners, and squad members, raising issues when necessary.
* Coach and mentor Junior Analysts in analysis skills and applications knowledge.
* Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, pushing back when needed.
* Maintain knowledge of design processes, tools, standards, and analysis best practices.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the squad and department.
* Support the Business Analysis community of practice by sharing knowledge and skills.

* Expected to pass AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification before probation.
Salary
The role offers up to £43,000, with career progression opportunities within CDL’s structured framework. Your growth is limited only by your ambition and effort.
