Part-Time Accounts Administrator (Invoicing Focus)

We're currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in finance admin, particularly around invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Raising and processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Chasing outstanding invoices and supporting credit control
* Managing purchase invoices and matching to orders where required
* Maintaining accurate financial records and updating systems
* Handling general accounts admin and supporting the wider finance team
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in an accounts/admin or finance role
* Strong invoicing experience is essential
* Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload independently
* Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
