Industrial Mechanical Fitter - Haydock - Permanent Role
* £39,300 with OTE of up to £42,000
* On call 1 week in 4 with £225 per week on call allowance
* 07.00-4pm Monday to Thursday and 07.00-1pm on Fridays
* Permanent job - Haydock
* Purpose of role:
o Strip down faulty and damaged mechanical components, from motors, fan units, gearboxes, pumps, valves, generators.
o Diagnose faults on components then carry out repairs and maintenance on the components
Applicant Essentials:
o Very good experience in repair and maintenance of pumps, valves, fan units, generators and industrial mechanical equipment
o Very good experience with AC and DC motors
o Very good experience in mechanical engineering related to industrial manufacturing
o Able to use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, calipers)
o Able to check clearances and tolerances
o Basic knowledge of electrical testing
o Haydock - Merseyside
£39,300 per annum, plus £225 per week on call allowance, (1 week in 4) superb overtime rates, holiday pay, company pension and incredibly generous employee benefits package.
