* We are looking for a Data Scientist with a solid understanding of the social housing sector. You should have extensive experience with SQL, working with large databases and data warehouses. Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages is essential, along with experience in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch. A strong background in data mining and pattern recognition is necessary, and you must be an expert in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and regression techniques. An industry certification in data science or a related field is required.
Responsibilities:
* As a Data Scientist, you will leverage data analytics to drive insights and improve the quality and efficiency of our housing services. You will work closely with various stakeholders to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making and policy development. Reporting to the Insights Manager, you'll present complex data through dashboards, visualizations, and reports, ensuring accessibility for non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of housing initiatives, schemes, and operational processes, providing recommendations for performance improvement.
