Key Responsibilities
* Escorting and transporting immigration residents within the UK.
* Driving a small minibus‑sized vehicle and ensuring the safe transportation of those in your care.
* Maintaining high security and safety standards while treating residents with dignity and respect.
* Providing care to immigration residents in a fixed location (for the Gatwick DCO role).
* Working a mix of day and night shifts to cover 24/7, 365‑day operations.
Qualifications & Essential Requirements
* UK Citizen, Commonwealth Citizen with indefinite leave to remain, or EEA Citizen.
* Valid UK passport.
* Residence in the UK for at least 3 continuous years with no single absence over 3 months.
* Pass an Enhanced DBS check, counter‑terrorist check, and employer referencing period of last 5 years.
* Full UK manual driving licence with at least 12 months of experience and fewer than 7 points on the licence.
* No driving bans in the last 12 months and over 21 years of age.
* Ability to remain sober and able to perform duties safely; all employees must comply with random drug and alcohol testing.
