We are looking for someone with previous experience as an Assistant Head Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper within a four or five star hotel. Someone with experience is training and developing their employees. As a Head Housekeeper you will: Planning and leading monthly preventative maintenance walk-rounds. To personally monitor the cleanliness of bedrooms and public areas to ensure that standards are maintained. Recruitment, training and development of the team. Preparation of the department’s budgets within the hotels’ business plan Cost and stock control. Making rotas and conducting appraisals with respective team members.
