Overview
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sessional Lecturer, providing ad hoc cover across a range of curriculum areas including Engineering, Motor Vehicle and Welding. This flexible role is ideal for someone with the ability to confidently deliver both theoretical and practical lessons, adapting to the needs of different learners and subject areas.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons, preparing learning materials and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
* Work closely with curriculum teams to ensure continuity and quality of provision, even during periods of staff absence.
* Provide continuity of learning during staff absences and deliver high‑quality teaching and support for our students.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area; ideally a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
* Strong communication skills.
* Commitment to inclusive education and ability to adapt to different teaching contexts.
