What you’ll do at work
You will support customers after road traffic accidents and help progress their claims while completing a structured apprenticeship programme. Full training and mentoring are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Take customer calls and record First Notification of Loss (FNOL) details
* Update claim information and handle general administration
* Liaise with repairers, hire providers, and recovery agents
* Keep customers and referrers informed and provide clear, professional support
* Follow internal processes and regulatory requirements
