We’re looking for a Part‑time Clinical Administrator for our Harrow Service to join our team and support the smooth and efficient delivery of our clinical prescribing service. This role is crucial in maintaining the day‑to‑day operations that ensure our clients receive timely, safe and effective care.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing clinical stock and prescription paperwork, coordinating with GPs and pharmacies, generating and voiding prescriptions and assisting with audits to support quality and compliance.</li><li>Support with reception and minute‑taking where needed.</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><p>Through joining Via, you will receive a warm welcome, peer support, training, regular supervision and the chance to thrive in a lively and innovative service.</p><p>Please note this position is subject to enhanced DBS checks.</p><h3>Ideal candidate</h3><p>We are looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
