Job Purpose:
To provide quality assured customer service through application of Industry and Company standards
Technical Competencies:
General day to day vehicle maintenance and repair, tyres, wheel alignment, general advise and assistance to get customers going and keep the fleet on the road
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Identify worn & faulty components needs in accordance with the Company Standards
2. 6 weekly inspections and remedial work
3. preventative repairs
4. advise customer of work required to ensure vehicle is in road worthy condition. ?
5. remove & refit components and carry out tyre related adjustments in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions. ?
6. repair tyres in accordance with the Technical Standards and Work Instructions. ?
7. Contribute to Good Housekeeping routines ?
8. stock taking as directed.
9. Effect roadside repairs as and when necessary
10. Give reassurance to vulnerable drivers, general motoring advice and customer support
11. Provided workshop backup to get customers back on the road in the shortest time possible
12. Assist with the loading and off-loading of customers vehicles
13. Assist with the loading and off-loading of vehicles at the Companys premises
