Responsibilities
* Taking classes as requested (4 ILA classes minimum); Having substitution as requested
* Classroom Management
o Support teachers in class/during the course
o Assist students in class/during the course
o Control and take care of students in class
o Fulfill admin tasks (update ILA Connect, check attendance, assign and mark homework, etc)
* Course Administration
o Prepare and distribute course books, materials and merchandise
o Update students with course progress information
o Prepare students for exams, Cambridge
o Report any incidents or problems to RS/OS
* Learning and Development
o Attend meeting as requested
o Attend Workshop and Training as requested
* Customer Care
o Report students’ progress - results (monthly), call parents for absent students
o Support in delivering letters, notice and receive feedback from parents and support in handling requests and complaints
o Tutoring weak students as requested
o Support Events (care events, enrichment, ...)
* Others
o Support centre when requested
