Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager
Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is looking to bring on board a new QSHE Manager to lead health and safety programs for a major site in Surrey. The role will be responsible for leading QHSE requirements throughout the site, ensuring compliance across various departments and staff.

Responsibilities of the QSHE Manager include:
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance the health and safety culture among staff, subcontractors, and site operatives
* Maintaining high standards of supplier performance and developing health and safety management systems aligned with best practices
* Analyzing risks in the working environment and implementing changes to mitigate them
* Ensuring contractors on-site comply with legislation and company guidelines
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership
* Proven experience in the built environment, preferably in facilities management (Hard FM)
* Experience influencing and engaging subcontractors to foster safety and compliance culture
* Strong understanding of ISO systems (ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001)
* Experience in life sciences or R&D is advantageous
