About the Role
We are looking for a Workforce Systems Analyst to support the provision of information and analytics to the Trust’s business needs. The role requires analytical skills and the ability to guide and advise on business intelligence and information management.
The position is based at St Mary’s Hospital, and the team works in a hybrid environment, combining on‑site and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
* Support colleagues to articulate information requirements and advise on how data can be used to support business processes and decision‑making.
* Assist with workforce reporting and planning, producing workforce information and intelligence.
* Produce analytical products, reports and visualisations.
* Advise on information governance, data integrity and data quality from multiple sources.
* Contribute to the team’s technical ambition to adopt visualisation tools.
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong analytical skills with evidence of managing time, prioritising and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and customer‑service focus.
* Ability to interpret and assess information from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity.
* Highly IT literate with strong Excel skills and experience working with database packages.
* Experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, Excel). Knowledge of visualisation tools a plus.
* Effective report and visual presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
* Adaptability to take on project work and support current work streams.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
