Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Administrator within a thriving Vehicle Leasing Brokage based in Bury.

Our client is seeking a professional and confident Administrator to lead their administrative operations, ensuring the smooth processing of deals and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. 6. 9-17:30 Monday to Friday with early finish on Fridays

Duties:

7. Oversee and review vehicle finance documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with lender requirements.
8. Manage and progress leasing deals by liaising with sales teams, funders, suppliers, and dealerships.
9. Coordinate vehicle deliveries, confirming logistics and acting as a key contact for customers and suppliers
10. Process delivery paperwork and submit documentation to funders for vehicle release and contract activation
11. Verify and coordinate contract documentation, ensuring all agreements are correctly executed
12. Raise, issue, and track invoices, maintaining accurate financial records
13. Act as the central point of contact for administrative queries related to deals, deliveries, and payments.
14. Maintain organised records and systems to support audits, reporting, and operational efficiency
15. Identify areas for process improvement and help implement more efficient workflows

Requirements of this Sales Administrator position:

16. Prior experience in Vehicle Leasing, Automotive Finance, or Motor Dealer administration is essential
17. Strong understanding of the end-to-end leasing or vehicle supply process
18. Experience managing or mentoring team members is advantageous
19. Confident and professional in all interactions
20. Polished, positive, and proactive attitude towards problem-solving
21. Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
22. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and support team members
23. Forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
24. Genuinely enjoys working in a team and contributing to a positive environment
