About the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor Level 2, you'll be the friendly and professional voice of Calor—helping customers through a variety of channels including phone and email, supporting with credit control, and completing key coordination and admin tasks that help keep our operation running smoothly. Key Skills & Requirements: Ideally has experience in a customer service environment Is confident handling account queries or has some credit control / sales ledger experience Communicates clearly and effectively—whether over the phone, face-to-face, or in writing Brings strong organisational skills and can manage a varied workload Works well in a team and is ready to share knowledge and support colleagues Has a good grasp of Microsoft Office tools and can pick up new systems quickly Takes ownership of their personal development and growth Key Responsibilities: Delivering an excellent customer experience in every interaction Handling queries, issues and complaints in a professional and proactive way Providing timely and accurate information to customers Supporting delivery scheduling and updates Using internal systems and processes efficiently Collaborating with teams across the business Contributing to continuous improvement and sharing best practice Supporting credit control and processing card payments accurately Acting in line with Calor’s health, safety, and environmental standards Why Apply?
