The Best Connection are recruiting for Waste Management Operatives on behalf of our client based in Broughton.
This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Collection and segregation of waste materials across site
* Ensuring waste is disposed of safely and in line with site procedures
* Maintaining clean and organised waste areas
* Supporting recycling and environmental initiatives
* Working safely in a busy industrial environment
There are two shift patterns available.
* 4 on / 4 off: 06:00 - 18:00
OR
* Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):
* 06:00 - 14:30
* 12:30 - 21:00
Candidate Requirements:
* Must hold valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)
* Own transport is an advantage due to site location & start times
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check
* Ability to commit to ongoing work
