Supply Chain Coordinator
The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will have a key role within the business to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple and varied projects. Always be involved at every stage of the project from project initiation through to project delivery, liaising with customers, project team and working across internal company departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raising purchase orders
2. Issuing spares quotations to customers
3. Liaising with suppliers for technical detail, including drawings
4. Following up issued spares quotes to customers
5. Maintaining regular customer contact to drive sales
6. Stock control
7. Monthly financial reporting to Supply Chain Manager
8. Processing supplier invoices
9. Weekly reporting
10. Adhoc responsibilities as and when required
The Person
You will need to always act as the face of the company. Requirement to operate at all business levels and communicate both internally and externally. Highly organised with strict timekeeping and proficient IT skills are a pre-requisite for this position. This position is paying up to £32,000 with 25 days holiday as well as other benefits.
