Role Description
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations and drive business growth at the Caerphilly branch. Responsibilities include managing team performance, achieving sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, supervising property listings, and liaising with clients throughout the buying and selling process. The role also involves creating strategic plans to increase market presence and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Caerphilly.
