Job Description:This role involves working with learners across the SEN spectrum, such as those with Autism, ADHD, SLD, CLD, or PMLD. You'll play a vital role in helping them develop both academically and socially.
Your Responsibilities:
* Adapt and deliver lessons to suit pupils' needs
* Plan sessions around individual learning goals using SEN-specific curriculums
* Encourage student participation and independence
* Use innovative approaches to classroom management
* Offer assistance with care needs where required
You'll Need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS (registered online or willingness to apply)
* Experience working with SEN learners in a UK school setting
* Strong communication and organizational abilities
* Immediate availability, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
