A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly vehicle rental company, looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator to assist within their accounts team. The successful candidate will undertake duties such as:
Predominantly assisting with the administration of speeding fines or parking charges etc for vehicles. Processing any vehicle damage costs or fuel charges. Forwarding charges to the customers and following up as needed.
Assisting in general accounts, helping processing invoices, inputting accounts data onto systems
Answering customer queries as needed
The company are looking for someone to work 16 hours per week. They are flexible how this is spread, to suit the ideal candidate, e.g. 2 long days or 3-4 mornings etc.
Any previous experience within accounts administration would be useful, as would experience using Quickbooks software, however training can be given on this.
