Job summary
As a PCN Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the network's financial, administrative, and operational functions. Working closely with the management team and network practices, you will ensure financial clarity, business efficiency, and profitability. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of general practice and population health in Worcester City.
Main duties of the job
Key Duties:
Preparation of management accounts
Creation and presentation of reports to identify results
Accurate entry of financial information into accounts software
Handling invoices for budget holder approval and payment of approved supplier bills
Completing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving queries
Dealing with finance-related queries from practices
Raising invoices for funding claims and completing monthly ARRs claims
Maximizing PCN income by optimizing income streams such as NHS contracts, claimable services, and training funds
Providing administrative support to the management team and day-to-day operations
