Role – Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Salary starting from £26,500
Location - Gloucestershire College, Llanthony Road, GL2 5JQ

Nursery Practitioner Role:
Our Nursery Practitioners play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role will be focussed on providing the very best care for our children, ensuring their individual needs are met in a group setting.
What you will be asked to do:
* Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
* Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures and principles
* Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
* Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
What you’ll need to succeed:
* A passion and dedication to providing world‑class care to children
* To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
* It is a requirement to have at least a level 5 (Grade C) in GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English
* Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years
* Strong communication skills and a team player
