We’re now looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our Lanarkshire Houses service. Our customers live in their own self-contained accommodation in neighbouring spaces in our unique care home setting —some alone, others with flatmates—and your role will be to support them in all aspects of daily life. In this role, you’ll help adults with complex disabilities live independently in a homely, supportive environment where individuality and independence are truly valued. What You’ll Do Provide one-to-one or two-to-one personalised care Support with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and communication Assist with meals, household tasks, and daily routines Facilitate or join in community activities like shopping, cinema trips, or family visits Encourage confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging Job Description: Support Worker (Res Resp) Every day is different, and everything you do is guided by what matters most to the people you support.
