* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, 40 hours per week, No weekends
* Pay: £25,456.18-£28,320.00 per year
Description
We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional post-sale customer support. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless after sales experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift resolutions, guidance and support.
* Coordinate bookings with service centres, select locations that are accessible, have the correct availability and able to repair the requirements.
* Act as the first point of contact between customers and service centres, ensuring clear communication, authorisation of repairs and the timely completion of work.
* Maintain accurate customer records and document any interactions with customers with regular updates.
Desirable candidate requirements
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
* Exceptional Telephone Manner
* Organised and Punctual
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to solve problems
