The role and responsibilities of a HR Policy Specialist:
The HR Policy Specialist will support in the authoring of online employee relations content for new/existing clients.
* Work with the Lead Content Author in liaising with new/existing clients to create/transform their existing HR policies into online step by step content and documentation.
* Attend ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process workshops in order to support the wider implementation team
* Help formulate, and then work to, the agreed style guides to produce the content.
* Work across the AdviserPlus technology applications depending on the type of implementation.
* Work to agreed deadlines as part of the wider implementation process.
* Keep abreast of changes in employment law and case law to support the production and edit of default content for our channel partners.
Skills and experience required to be a successful HR Policy Specialist:
Essential
* HR/ER/employment law knowledge.
* Articulate, confident communicator who possess a high level of oral and written English.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to manage own time effectively.
* Ability to work at pace on multiple projects.
* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
Desirable
* Copywriting skills.
