Room Leader (with Deputy Manager Responsibilities)
We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Room Leader to join a nursery setting in West Wickham, working with children aged 2 to 3 years old.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong senior practitioner looking to take on additional responsibilities, supporting the management team while gaining valuable Deputy Manager experience.
Role Details
* Full-time position
* Working within the 2 3 year old room
* Supporting the nursery leadership team with Deputy Manager responsibilities
* Salary: circa £34,000 per annum
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Previous Room Leader or senior early years experience
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
* Confident leading a team and supporting nursery operations
* Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education
