Job Description

As Key Account Manager – Nationals Distribution for the Paslode brand, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with our national distribution partners. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, increasing brand presence, and delivering on ITW’s growth strategy.

You will develop and execute strategic business plans, aligning distributor objectives with ITW’s long-term vision, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service. With a strong commercial mindset, you will collaborate closely with the wider Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Services teams to maximize opportunities for process simplification and profitable growth.

This is a high-impact, field-based role ideal for a driven, results-oriented professional who thrives on building partnerships and influencing at all levels.


Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Achieve sales growth and net revenue targets, adopting an aggressive growth mindset.
2. Support the national team to deliver on the business units' prioritized growth opportunities.
3. Support the development of the wider team through coaching.
4. Promote the value proposition and position the brand in key strategic areas to reach the largest user audience.
5. Identify opportunities and develop strategic action plans for profitable growth, collaborating with Commercial and Marketing teams.
6. Work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment of promotional and activity plans and implement opportunities for simplification.
7. Regularly analyze sales data to identify opportunities and communicate market insights.
8. Visit customers, develop relationships, assess Paslode presence and knowledge, identify growth opportunities, and coach customer teams on promoting Paslode’s value proposition.
9. Develop multi-level customer relationships and provide excellent customer experience.
10. Take ownership of specific projects or campaigns within key accounts, with clear objectives and performance measures.
11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and issue resolution.
12. Support profitable growth by monitoring pricing, promotional activity, and cost-to-serve considerations.
13. Own personal objectives and deliver consistently to standards, timelines, and behaviors aligned with team and business goals.
14. Prioritize safety and well-being of colleagues, reporting incidents and safety issues as required.


Qualifications

* Experience in Key Account Management within current or previous roles.
* Strong self-motivation with a proactive, results-driven approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness and ability to travel nationally.
* Valid full UK driving license.
