Overview
Field Service Engineer (Recycling Equipment) – North of the UK (Manchester/Leeds/Liverpool/Sheffield). 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Field Service Engineer required for a fast growing and reputable recycling company. The role offers lots of overtime, a professional and employee‑focused environment, and clear progression routes.

Responsibilities
* Repairing or replacing damaged parts and reassembling at clients sites.
* Electrical and mechanical service and fitting components to meet specifications and standards.
* Providing electrical and mechanical repair work on recycling equipment at client sites. You will be paid door to door and will be customer facing.
* Work across the North of the UK with travel and stay‑away when needed.
* Participate in the call‑out rota (1 in 7).
* Contribute to a team of Service Engineers responsible for servicing recycling equipment.
Requirements
* Experience repairing and servicing recycling equipment such as conveyors, bailers or other similar equipment.
* Comfortable with travel and overnight stays when needed.
* Willingness to be customer facing.
Benefits and Compensation
* Salary: GBP 20 to GBP 21 per hour plus overtime paid at 1.5x and 2.0x (realistic OTE GBP 50,000 – GBP 70,000).
