We’re on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking Retail HR Business Partner to join this global fashion business.


In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for leaders across the business, providing end-to-end HR support and helping to shape a positive and inclusive culture.


Working closely with our HR team in EMEA, you’ll play a key role in supporting Directors and Heads of Department—driving their teams’ strategic growth, enabling change, and ensuring the right people are in the right roles to deliver on ambitious goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Build strong partnerships with managers to understand their goals, challenges, and team needs.
* Deliver an exceptional experience for people—ensuring they feel supported and valued every step of the way.
* Support organisational change, talent development, and career progression initiatives.
* Drive HR processes and projects across the region, from workforce planning to succession strategies.
* Collaborate with leaders on performance management and employee relations, offering expert advice and coaching.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth, engaging recruitment processes.
* Work with the Rewards team on compensation, promotions, and recognition initiatives.
* Use HR data and insights (Workday experience a plus) to inform decisions and shape the people agenda.


What We’re Looking For

* Significant HR generalist experience—ideally in a retail or fast-paced, multi-site environment.
* A proven track record as a trusted business partner to senior leaders.
* Strong knowledge of employment law (multi-country EU experience is a bonus).
* Confident using HR systems (Workday preferred) and the MS Office suite.
* A natural relationship-builder who can influence and challenge with credibility.
* Commercially savvy, with an eye for data-driven decision-making.
* Resilient and resourceful, thriving in a fast-changing environment.
* A positive, collaborative team player who’s passionate about people.
* Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results.
