Our service provides safe accommodation and tailored support to survivors ofModern Slavery and Human Trafficking, helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society with dignity and confidence.
As a Project Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to make positive life choices—whether that’s accessing education, securing employment, or obtaining legal representation. You’ll be a trusted guide and advocate, helping them navigate complex systems and connect with essential services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing one-to-one support and guidance to service users.
* Accompanying individuals to appointments with healthcare providers, solicitors, immigration services, probation officers, mental health and recovery teams, and more.
* Supporting integration into the community through practical and emotional support.
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards and governance procedures.
