Job Description
3. Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
4. Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
5. Maintaining customer records by updating account information
6. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
7. Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
9. Managing complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
10. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
11. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
12. Strong Customer Service skills and active listening
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills
14. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
