What you’ll do day to day
* Drive the performance of each department to ensure excellent customer service and all financial targets are achieved.
* Create detailed annual plans with each Department Manager, aligned with long-term goals, covering profitability, productivity, resource control, and development.
* Establish and develop the retail centre organisation and control systems for efficient operation, aligned with current and future objectives.
* Monitor adverse trends and potential problems, taking corrective actions promptly.
* Monitor competitive threats and opportunities to ensure long-term profitability and franchise protection.
* Direct activities of department managers to ensure staff contributions align with business objectives.
