About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students across Key Stages 1-5, in and out of the classroom. Work closely with teachers to create inclusive, engaging learning environments. Provide tailored support for individual learning needs, including SEN support. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive attitudes towards learning. This role is ideal for anyone who: Has experience working with children or young people in any capacity (education, youth work, coaching, or care). Is adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping young people succeed. Is considering a future career in teaching and wants to gain valuable school-based experience.
