You will: Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated nursery team Oversee staffing, rotas, ratios, and safer recruitment Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and statutory guidance Drive high-quality teaching, learning, and care across all rooms Support children's development, wellbeing, and early intervention Manage operational and financial performance Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers Represent the nursery at open days, tours, and marketing events Work collaboratively with the wider school and contribute to strategic growth About You You're an experienced early years leader with a warm, confident presence and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. xsngvjr
