This post offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high‑quality gastroenterology services for the population of Cornwall, within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. The successful applicant will work closely with consultant colleagues, specialist nurses, endoscopy teams and wider medical services to provide safe, effective and patient‑centred care.
Responsibilities
* Perform a range of endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and flexible sigmoidoscopy.
* Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and colleagues.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to clinical decision‑making.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
* Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
* Engage in continuous professional development and training.
