The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while delivering a first-class experience for guests and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a polished and professional welcome
* Managing meeting rooms, calls, post, and office presentation
* Coordinating catering, events, and team hospitality
* Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and external contractors
* Supporting onboarding and wider team operations
* Handling ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency
